Professional Real Estate were undertaking a full rebrand and needed a partner who could deliver custom joinery across their entire national network — reception desks, meeting room tables, display stands, and more. We turned around samples within weeks and managed the full scope: custom-made chairs, metal stands, sample review, production management, quality control, international shipping, and a coordinated rollout to over 90 stores across Australia.

A commercial builder delivering a turnkey fitout needed a product partner who could work across the full team — architect, interior designer, and office tenant — to bring their vision to life. We coordinated desk layouts, colouring, soft furnishings, and breakout spaces from brief to completion. Our role covered everything: liaising directly with manufacturers, reviewing shop drawings, arranging international freight, managing installers on the ground, and resolving any defects post-handover. A 110-workstation job completed within a 12–16 week turnaround.

A founder came to us with a niche product concept — a custom glassware range with high quality requirements and a clear market in mind. Getting glassware right demands close attention at every stage: wall thickness consistency, clarity, heat resistance, and packaging that reflects the product's positioning. We worked directly with the manufacturer to ensure those standards were met, managed packaging design and specification, oversaw quality control, and handled logistics through to delivery.
